Risk Management and the Life Cycle of the Project

The article deals with the incorporation of risk management into project management in all life cycles of the project. The role of risk management is a very important part of the project regardless of its size or scope, and therefore the risk management should be included in the project throughout its life cycles. The introduction gives an overview of the existing knowledge and case studies of risk management in project management.
