Software Project Total Life Cycle Risk Management Model Based on QFD

摘要
Software project risk is great and complicated. In order to effectively manage software project risk, this paper brings out a total life cycle risk management model based on Quality Function Deployment (OFD). According to QFD waterfall mode, from user demand perspective, risk identification, risk analysis and risk handle house of quality are established in every stage during software project total life cycle. The three houses of quality transfer software project user demands to risk factors, then analyze the relationship between risk factors and risk impacts, finally determine which strategy should be used to handle software project risk. The combination of QFD and total life cycle makes risk management run effectively throughout all stages in software project.
