摘要：

Human resource management is one of the most popular courses in China. Characteristic of human resources management is the key point of construction for developing human resources management. This article takes Shandong Women's University as an example, began to expound the characteristics of chain operation management reasons, and the chain operation in detail, the characteristic construction, highlight the characteristics of the talent training scheme is introduced, and the construction of teaching material, the laboratory construction and off-campus practice base construction three aspects.
