The researches on the choice between on-line and off-line maintenance in facility management

摘要：
How to select a maintenance method during the downtime, no matter what cause it, is an important problem in the industrial organization. in this paper, we introduce two methods of shutdown maintenance: on-line maintenance and off-line maintenance. On the basis of this, we analyze the characteristic of each method and set up a decision model of how to choose between the two methods. At last, we put our theory into practice and get good effect.
