摘要：
Science and Technology (S&T) innovation capability is a crucial factor for the integrated strength of a country or a region. Therefore, enhancing the central regional innovation capability is a decisive force for the central region to energize. This paper uses the principal component analytical method to integrate the S&T innovation capability indexes of five central provinces, then to work out the rankings of the five provinces and conduct the economical analysis, from which we can see the advantages and disadvantages of the S&T innovation capability of the five provinces.
