摘要
Under the development of science and technology and the rapid development of social economy, the trend of the development of economic globalisation becomes more and more obvious. Among them, the innovative activities have different degrees of complexity and uncertainty. To fundamentally meet the sustainable development of the modern market, actively integrating innovation resources and improving innovation ability have become the hot topic in the study of the innovation ability. Regional synergy innovation, as a process of communicating to coordinating, is the key to establish coordination interaction relation between each main body. While evaluating and analysing the regional coordination ability can further reflect the innovation and the synergy degree of cooperation of the main body, and to a certain extent can promote the interoperability between each main body. This article, except for deeply analysed the insufficiency of the regional collaborative innovation capability evaluation theory, fully applied the synergy ability into the innovation ability evaluation indices, and under the support of the principle and concept of fuzzy information, created the feasible area technological innovation ability evaluation system.
