The District Difference Research on the Influences of Regional Innovation Environment to Regional Innovation Capability in China

Good regional innovation environment can integrate innovation resources and formate innovative forces, thus enhance regional innovation capability and promote local economic development. However, because of uneven economic development in various regions, there are large differences in regional innovation environment. At the same time, it has obvious geographical characteristics that the influences of regional innovation environment to regional innovation capability. Based on this, the article first study the correlation between innovation environment and innovation capability. Through quantitative analysis the diversity impact that the different elements of innovation environment to regional innovation capability, come to the different focus that improve innovation environment and enhance innovation capability in different regions.
