摘要：
Based on the study of the BOT and TOT respectively, this paper presents a new project financing model - TBT, which is organically combined BOT with TOT and has the advantages of both BOT and TOT. Furthermore, this paper gave the detailed operational steps of TBT and discussed the areas the TBT project financing could be used to.
