摘要：
Based on the study of the TBT project financing model which has been broadly adopted in the infrastructure construction project internationally, this paper designed a reasonable contract structure to share the project risk among the subjects engaged in project. On this point of view, the paper developed some effective measures to manage TBT project risks, including bid risk, construction risk, market risk and investment environment risk, etc.
