摘要：
How to satisfy the needs of small towns' development and the accompanied large demand of investment becomes the most pressing issue. Through analyzing the concrete application of several ways of project financing in the infrastructure construction of small towns, this paper points out that PPP Mode is a new mode which can alleviate the finance pressure and satisfy the investment needs in the infrastructure construction of small towns' nearly.
