摘要
Through the combination of product lifecycle management (PLM) and supply chain management (SCM), the implementation method of SCM based on PLM is put forward and the correspondent model of the three-dimensional structure model (i.e. the supply chain implementation stage dimension, PLM technology dimension and SCM objectives dimension) is given which shows the effect of PLM technology in realizing the objectives of SCM at each stage of the supply chain. Meanwhile, the multi-objective programming method is used to construct SCM multi-objective model based on PLM and an example is given. According to the comparison and analysis of the values of decision variables resulted from the model and the objective values, the effect of the implementation method of SCM based on PLM and the weak aspects of SCM are pointed out.
