A high bandwidth gm-constant rail-to-rail CMOS OPAMP for low voltage VLSI systems

摘要
A rail-to-rail CMOS input stage is presented with its transconductance nearly independent of the common-mode (CM) level. Since its operation does not rely on analytical square law, it has less dependency on the process and is applicable to deep sub-micron technologies. A high bandwidth OPAMP is proposed based on this transconductance. The OPAMP has featured with rail-to-rail input as well. In the case of the input CM level, it can avoid rigorous control and lead output signal to a full swing across the power supply range.
