An electronic resonant circuit with a high T-c superconducting inductor for high voltage generation

An electronic R-C-L resonant circuit is introduced and analysed with the consideration of using an inductor made by a Ag-clad (Bi,Pb)(2)Sr2Ca2Cu3O10+x HTS wire. With the HTS inductor, substantially higher voltages can be built up by the circuit, and it can be used as a practical high voltage generator.
