摘要
We demonstrate color Doppler optical coherence tomography for noninvasive cross-sectional imaging of structure and blood flow within the human retinal microcirculation. Imaging of blood flow dynamics enabled correlation of retinal pulsatility to phases of the cardiac cycle. (C) 1999 Optical Society of America.
