摘要
This paper presents a high efficient solar PV fed grid connected system. In order to achieve maximum power point tracking (MPPT) operation, the full bridge DC-DC converter is used. In addition, the high frequency link stage is used to provide isolation between solar PV system and grid. Moreover, it helps to boost up the voltage to obtain required DC link voltage. The operation details of MPPT through full bridge DC-DC converter were presented in this paper. Due to high frequency link conversion, the proposed system results higher efficiency and reduction in size when compared to conventional solar PV fed grid connected system. Furthermore, the triangular phase shift (TPS) method has been employed to inject the power generated from solar PV to grid. The reference current to he injected into the grid is set according to proposed algorithm under varying environmental conditions. Finally, the complete system has been validated through simulation study using PSCAD/EMDTS software.
