摘要
For almost two decades, the key word in describing exemplary organizations, regardless of the domain in which they function has been "excellence", defined as a "fine accord" between strategic thinking and organizational culture. If the "vision", the strategic thinking, was considered a sine qua non condition of effective management in every type of management, the competences that an organizational leader needs, from the point of view of cultural construction, are not very often remembered, in the detriment of reaching the final goals of each organization. This happens because organizational culture is the "internal medium" that characterizes each organization, where the individuals and the groups are inverted, which determines the organizational behaviour and also the efficiency of the organization. It is the "fruit" of personal history, having more components built over time through internal and external determinations and conditionings.
