摘要
The study investigates components and characteristics of organizational learning culture in an interview survey with experts from organizations and applied research. An organizational learning culture concept was defined and structured with reference to related fields of research. The experts were interviewed by a structured interview guideline, which includes different topical fields of learning culture. The results from the qualitative, content-analytic evaluation support the consideration of learning culture as a construct which is determined by several characteristics. Of special importance for the creation of a learning culture is the role of management, the organizational members' personal responsibility concerning learning and the influence of changes.
