摘要
Research results supporting the manufacturing technology for floating prolonged-release oral tablets based on a hydrophilic matrix with the nonselective alpha-adrenoblocker proroxan are presented. Wet granulation of the effervescent ingredients with the matrix produced tablets with the required buoyancy lag-time, float time, and proroxan release kinetics.
