摘要：
A framework of Web support for collaborative design has been developed. In this paper, the framework is presented first, followed by description of its relevant techniques/methods developed using common gateway interface (CGI), Java Servlet/Applet, Java database connectivity (JDBC), online computer aided design, online multimedia and the common object request broker architecture (CORBA).
