Research on the knowledge management model in real estate enterprises

With the approach of knowledge economy era, the role knowledge plays in the success of enterprise operation has been more and more crucial and knowledge management (KM for short) has been serving as the driving force of its development. While greatly enhancing the living standard of residents, the real estate industry boosts the national economy dramatically, acting as the pillar industry of the nation. Therefore, the research into KM in real estate enterprises is realistically meaningful. This paper firstly briefly introduces the basic connotation of KM and analyzes its application necessity for real estate enterprises. It then expatiates on the existing problems. Finally this paper classifies the intellectual capital of real estate enterprises and establishes a systematic KM model for real estate enterprises based on probing into the KM of one specific enterprise.
