摘要：

In the knowledge economy era, knowledge map plays an important role in Teal estate enterprises increasingly. The problem mainly discussed in the paper is how to construct the knowledge map in real estate enterprises. Firstly, the article discusses the concepts and classifications of knowledge map, and analyzes the features of knowledge management and the characteristics of knowledge Map in the real estate enterprise. Secondly, from the actual needs of real estate enterprises, this paper brings forward the model framework structure that based on knowledge map set. Considering knowledge management and information management as the theoretical basis, closely combining the features of knowledge management and knowledge map in real estate enterprise, considering demand as the core, the prototype system of knowledge map is designed in the real estate business.
