摘要：
The development of real estate project is a synthetical process involving professional personnel's teamwork in ad-design, plane design, copywriting, programming, project management, architectural design and construction etc. from proposal, research, and practice to final completion of a project. It is a problem for modem real estate enterprises to feasibly unite these professional personnel with seemingly irrelevant work. In this paper, a new personal system based on knowledge teams is presented from the perspective of knowledge management, which is of great significance for a real estate enterprise to increase its project development proficiency, strengthen internal cooperation, improve employees' skill and knowledge, speed up the establishment of Knowledge-sharing Platform and enhance its comprehensive strength and competitive ability.
