摘要
A procedure was developed for genotyping one CYP2C19 and eight CYP2D6 polymorphisms. After multiplex PCR of the exons containing the SNPs, a mini-sequencing reaction was performed with the SNapShot(TM) Multiplex Kit and the resultant primer-extension products were analyzed on an ABI PRISM(R) 3100 Genetic Analyzer. The developed procedure was validated in a population of 199 Caucasians. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
