摘要：
With the methodology of comparative analysis, this paper systematically analyses the differences of the R&D strategy implementation between Chinese enterprises and MNCs. It gives the reasons why the R&D strategy of Chinese enterprises lags behind that of the MNCs. Besides, it puts forward how to optimize the R&D strategy of Chinese enterprises from both microcosmic and macrocosmic perspectives.
