摘要
We have used severe plastic deformation (high-pressure torsion straining) to achieve cold consolidation of gas-atomised Al90Fe5Nd5 powders into bulk nanostructured disks with a dispersion of fcc-aluminium crystallites within the glassy matrix with full density and hardness in excess of 3 GPa.
