摘要
The article examines the problem of project maturity in construction companies. In general usage, 'maturity' means fully developed or perfected and is used in the term 'maturity model', that occur in various branches of the economy. The research problem is the answer to the question: how qualitative research strategy can be applied to assess project maturity in construction companies? The article aims to examine scientific knowledge about maturity in project management and against this background to propose model which will be used in project maturity assessment for construction companies. The research methods used in the study include critical analysis of the subject literature and logical reasoning. In the future, results of this research may be used in a decision support system (DSS) in the area of project management in construction companies.
