摘要
E-government was becoming a new imperative for Indonesia as it refers to the quality of good governance. The policy was started in 1980s, but the performance was needed to be improved, especially in terms of E-public services. The total score of E-government in public services is 1.92 or poor. The ultimate challenging would be political, cultural, technological, and financial aspects. It is the agenda for the national leaders, national public education and campaign, Indonesia ICT's center of excellence, and Indonesia business actors.
