摘要
Ultra-low temperature tuna demands a high temperature standard during transportation. In order to ensure its quality, it must be maintained at a low temperature and the temperature change must be small. This paper presents a system based on RFID technology which can assists the information processing and temperature monitoring of ultra-low temperature tuna cold chain transport. After catching, handling and weighing, RFID printer prints information of tuna products on RFID tag with a temperature sensor. Install RFID readers in the repository, trucks and other regional to collect the information of tuna products and ambient temperature in real time. Then send the signal to the back-end application system for processing. Monitor the information of tuna cold chain logistics to ensure products quality.
