摘要
Interaction of hypocrellin B (HB) with two types of gelatin was studied by the spectroscopic responses. Interestingly. it was found that, bound to type L gelatin at pH 7.4 the absorption peak of HB was greatly red-shifted from 470nm to 514nm with appearance of an isobestic point at around 480nm and a new absorption peak at 280 run. Furthermore, the fluorescence was almost all silenced. The spectral feature Suggested that a chemical reaction, instead of weak interactions, took place.
