摘要
Transaction costs are ignored in the course of trading pattern selection of construction projects. Based on transaction cost theory, several common transaction models in construction projects such as EPC, DBB, CM, PM, BOT, and Construction Agents are chosen to analyze the main factors affecting their transaction costs. AHP is applied to quantify those factors into semi-quantitative analysis, through matrix operations to determine the priority order for those transaction models, and to provide a certain basis for the selection of construction project trading patterns. On this basis, and combined with the actual construction project case studies, ideas and suggestions are put forward for reducing transaction costs and countermeasures.
