An attempt is made to outline what can be the meaning of 'Relationship' in the professional context. As consequence of the complexity of relations in the Balint group and in order to reflect the events not only in the relationship between "Physician/supervisor" and "Patient/Supervisand", it is to demonstrate for the presented 'case' even for the groupdynamics as a reflection phenomen (dt. Spiegelungsphanomen). This means that the relations of the group members must be considered insofar as they affect as a blocking for the joint work on the 'case'. To get an access to the complexity of the phenomena, it is necessary to arrange time and space and the setting in a manner that Balint group work can take place. Working in, with, through and about these relationships is understood as a challenge in 2 respects: once as a collegiate challenge to share and reflect the experience of "not knowing", the "entanglement", and on the other, to refrain from fast solution-oriented advice or actions.
