摘要：
It is the comprehensive effect post-evaluation on R&D project can improve the level of project management and enhance the investment benefit. In this paper, combined with AHP and fuzzy decision-making model, we establish the indicator system of ex post appraisal, and assess the synthetic effect of R&D.
