摘要：
The article describes some risks in railway transportation by the person activity. These risks divided incidents into two groups. On the one hand there are incidents inside of railway transport (caused by rail employees) on the other hand incidents out of railway system (terrorism, vandalism). The article deals with some possibilities and tools to reduce and eliminate risks caused by human factors in railway transport system.
