摘要
Energy is an important issue on implementing the scientific development concept and the sustainable development strategy, energy statistic is an important part of the national economy, and an important task to ensure the basic national policy of energy saving and consumption reduction. The statistic on energy and environment in China is weak and cannot meet the needs of energy-saving and emission reduction, therefore, statistical index system for energy conservation and emission reduction in recent years has been received the great concern of the whole society and increased studies. The task of energy conservation and emission reduction faced great press in Shandong province as an important energy-consumption area. This article combined with the actually working situation constructed the index system for energy conservation and emission reduction in Shandong province.
