摘要：
The paper studied the incentive mechanism of a closed-loop supply chain composed of a manufacturer and a retailer, through the establishment of the closed-loop supply chain revenue sharing contract model based on multi-task principal-agent theory, determined the optimal incentive coefficient in the incentive contract, and received a series of meaningful conclusions, finally, analyzed and explained them by examples, which provided the theoretical basis of the design and management of the closed-loop supply chain incentive mechanism.
