The study presents the modern solutions for the problem of education of special care children and organizational proposals adjusted to individual developmental opportunities of students. Analysis of the problems of equal access to education and equal educational opportunities seems to be useful given that the threats of marginalization and social exclusion are not reducing in modern societies, which is connected with substantial socio-cultural differentiation among citizens. A new paradigm in the pedagogical science is inclusive education that opens up opportunities for education of those "weaker" as it allows for realization of rights of every human to educate and have equal access to various areas of life. Contemporary schools have to accept and appreciate human variety, adopt the approach of social model of disability and define the environmental barriers concerning the strategy of learning and teaching, attitudes and behaviours as well as organization and management of educational centres. This does not only concern the students with disabilities but also children from communities marginalized due to poverty, birth, race or nationality, social maladjustment and those involved in risky behaviours. The study presents the opinion of teachers concerning benefits and drawbacks of the inclusive education. Using the questionnaire survey technique, the information was collected from the people working with the disabled children in general education schools.
