A mixed-ligand Cu(II)-coordination polymer: analgesic activity and nursing application after total knee arthroplasty

摘要
Based on 5-dimethylamino-isophthalic acid (H(2)dia) and 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene (bpe) mixed linkers, a new Cu(II) coordination polymer material, [Cu(dia)(bpe)(H2O)](n) (1), has been successfully prepared under the hydrothermal reaction conditions. As the disadvantages about current therapy method, new compound with novel mechanism was developed for the analgesic treatment after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) surgery. The analgesic activity of compound after TKA surgery was measured on rat model. And the content of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors on presynaptic membrane was determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Above all, the excellent analgesic activity of the compound was revealed in this research.
