摘要：
The past decade has seen a tremendous explosion of new information on the genetics of a variety of dementing disorders. This article focuses on seven of the most prominent examples of dementing disorders for which genes have been identified. The clinical, epidemiologic, and molecular genetic findings of these disorders are summarized. The goal is to bring together a succinct description of the latest genetic findings in these important disorders so that practitioners can more effectively diagnose and manage these conditions in their patients.
