摘要
Business Intelligence solutions allow managers with analysis, graphs and statistics to aid the decision making process. Most of these tools provide an understanding of what is happening with their own customers and company, but do not require a comprehensive view of their competitors. The present article is an overview of a study conducted by three American professors who proposed a plan to combine Competitive Intelligence into BI systems, using data that are easy to obtain.
