On Causes for Employment Difficulty of Rural Female College Students

The employment difficulty of college students has become a hot concern of the government, society, families and schools, and so on. As a special group of college students, rural female college students are faced with a severer employment situation. The employment of rural female college students concerns women's survival and development, family harmony and even social stability. In this paper, firstly, the influences of employment difficulty of rural female college students are analyzed in three aspects, then the causes for employment difficulty of rural female college students are analyzed in the aspects of the government, colleges & universities, employer and rural female college students' own reasons. We should seek targeted and practical solutions to the problem. In this way, we cannot only maintain the fair employment rights of female college students in rural areas, but also maintain the stability of the family and the harmony of the society.
