The relationship between market orientation and organizational performance in Chinese manufacturing enterprises: an empirical examination based on the view of organizational innovation

摘要
This study attempts to provide a model for the relationship between market orientation and organizational performance by using organizational innovation as a mediator. Results from a sample of 290 manufacturing enterprises in China provide support for the "market orientation-organizational innovation-organizational performance" chain. So, the authors suggest that when manufacturing enterprises using market orientation, they should pay enough attention to organizational innovation and provide a good environment for it.
