The Commentary of Knowledge Transfer Based on Cooperation Network

Knowledge is increasingly important for the organization, it has become an important asset of the company, the creation and transfer of knowledge are a basis for competitive advantage in firms. The ability to transfer knowledge from one unit to another has been found to contribute to the organizational performance of firms in network organizations. In order to improve products and services, knowledge can help staff to enhance capacity and skills. The process of knowledge transfer should be accompanied by the return of the relative value of knowledge. This paper analyzes the main factors of interorganizational knowledge transfer based on cooperation network from four aspects: Such as the main features of knowledge. knowledge characteristics, network structure and network evolution. Accordingly, we will study the inherent mechanism of knowledge transfer based on the cooperation network for improving efficiency of inter-organizational knowledge transfer. There is an important reference for enhancing the competitiveness of business organizations. The purpose of the study is to explore the process of moving knowledge into practice and the factors that enable research utilization from a new perspective
