摘要
In today's society, market competition is unusually intense. In order to reduce operating costs, there are a considerable number of labor service employments in some positions in enterprises, especially in large retail enterprises which are particularly prominent because of their operating characteristics, but because some enterprises are affected by various limitations, there are law consciousness and insufficient understanding about legal risk of labor service employment, therefore a considerable labor service disputes come into being. It is an important issue to be settled urgently how to reduce legal risk of labor service employment in enterprises, and avoid reasonably labor service risk. The paper puts forward reasonable and legitimate solutions from several aspects such as the legitimate and perfect service agreements, labor service management, reasonable arrangement of labor service jobs, properly handling of labor' personal injuries and accidents, and so on.
