摘要：

Based on the analysis of current situation of college students' employment in our country, the paper put forward the difficulty of college students' employment. On this basis, combining with the employment application process of 248 college graduates, it carried on the questionnaire survey, and found the key impact factors of university students' employment and constructed the conceptual model. Finally, the paper suggested countermeasures to help college student find jobs successfully.
