摘要：
Knowledge is the foundation and source of improving the enterprise's core competitiveness. Supplier is the important carrier of demand knowledge of the enterprise. This paper analyses deeply the impact factor of knowledge sharing between suppliers and the core enterprise, and establishes a game model. This game model explains the mechanism and process of knowledge-sharing and make the diversified behavior clear between suppliers and the core enterprise.
