摘要：

The knowledge sharing of enterprise alliance is explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge sharing through a variety of means for members of alliance to other members, and then convert to a wealth of knowledge of the alliance. By game theory, this paper analysis the decision-making process of enterprise alliances from the angle of incomplete information, and affirms the possibility of realizing knowledge share ability.
