The Dilemma of Enterprise Knowledge-Sharing & Its Incentive Frame-an Evolutional Game Viewpoint

Based on the method of evolutional game and emulator test, the paper analyses the dilemma of enterprise knowledge-sharing and its incentive frame. It indicates that in enterprises knowledge-sharing has a evolution-steady state. Both High and low knowledge-gifted members are incline to choosing knowledge-sharing. The dilemma of enterprise knowledge-sharing can be sorted as "pick-up", "hold-up", "sameness" and "perfect". Different enterprise should have different path of knowledge-sharing. The knowledge-sharing of the staff possess the character of comparative incentive. The dominant factors to that are the income and negative avail of knowledge-sharing. The assistant factors are their knowledge-gif accumulation and ability of knowledge absorbing. The incentive mechanism includes knowledge property right, enterprise-quality health maintenance, technology supporting ensuring and staff incentive. This research provides a systematic developing view of the incentive of enterprise knowledge-sharing. The incentive has to go along with the evolution dynamic of knowledge-sharing behaviors.
