Estimation of reliability for exponential stress-strength models with explanatory variables

摘要：
Confidence bounds for delta = P(Y < X \ z, w) are obtained, where X and Y are independent exponential variables with explanatory variables z and w, respectively. The Fisher scoring method as an iteration method is used to obtain estimates of regression parameters. Simulation results are presented to verify the distributional assumptions of estimators.
