摘要
Real estate enterprises are faced with more risk factors and hence are more likely to encounter emergent incidents than enterprises in other industries. Not well managed, emergent incidents would turn to crises, which badly threaten enterprises' survival and development. Therefore in order to prevent such incidents and explore effective measure, it is of great necessity for real estate enterprises to manage emergent incidents. The limitations of current mode of real estate enterprises' emergent incidents management cause low effect and efficiency. SOCA Framework, consisting of corporate strategy, corporate organization, corporate culture and corporate action, opens a new path for real estate enterprises managing emergent incidents and crises.
