摘要
Fe-Co based bulk glassy Fe65Co10Ga5P12C4B4 alloy rods in a cylindrical form with diameters up to 2.0 mm are formed by a copper mold casting method. The glass transition temperature (T-g), supercooled liquid region (DeltaT(x)(=T-x --> T-g)) and reduced glass transition temperature (T-g/T-l) of the 2.0 mm(phi) glassy alloy are 727 K, 50 K and 0.61, respectively. No appreciable difference in the thermal stability and magnetic properties is seen between the bulk glassy alloys and the melt-spun ribbon. The 2.0 mm(phi) glassy alloy is ferromagnetic. The Curie temperature (T-c), saturation magnetization (I-s) and coercivity of the alloy are 640 K, 1.20T and 3.0 A/m, respectively.
